Excellent fortified farmhouse Catalogued as Heritage of the Generalitat de Catalunya, located in an excellent environment surrounded by large landscaped areas. It has 1.000 m2, built on a plot of 17 hectares.
The property was restored with old materials preserving part of the elements of the epoch that give to the property the character that defines it.
To access the farmhouse we find a pleasant interior courtyard with turns and columns, which give a special charm to the house.
On the ground floor we find a large hall, a large living room, a second living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen type office, complimentary bathroom and independent laundry area.
On the first floor we have a large distributor, which gives access to two bedrooms and another with large windows that gives access to the other two rooms. In total we have 4 suite bedrooms with dressing room, and bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath.
Finally, on the second floor we have a large multipurpose area that could be used as office and playground, music room, etc..
Next to the property we have a covered porch, with columns of the time with zone of barbecue, from where we have the access to the wide garage for two cars, material of gardening and storage room. As well as complete and independent bathrooms.

Also, the property, has three independent constructions that could be used as house of masoveros.
